In Europe, the proprietary system to deliver and filter melphalan hydrochloride is marketed as a device under the trade name Delcath Hepatic CHEMOSAT® Delivery System for Melphalan (CHEMOSAT). In 2012, CBO organized a press conference for the presentation of the Delcath system CHEMOSAT at IEO, Institute of European Oncology, with the participation of Prof. Veronesi. On that occasion, interviews were conducted with the CEO of Delcath. Subsequently CBO has verified the participation of Italian journalists to some medical congresses in Europe in order to submit the issues proposed by Delcath during those meetings. For 2013, CBO was responsible for the translation and dissemination of press releases on trials and news on the CHEMOSAT system.
CBO has been hired, along with several European Agencies of Worldcom PR Group network to provide its consultancy and its media and consumer relations for the project "Help-for a life without tobacco" of the European Union about the risks of smoking habits. The campaign, developed in Italy by CBO through information to the press, events all over the country, information on the web and numerous press conferences, had a duration of six years and is still remembered as the most important pan-European successful campaign dedicated to the health of European citizens. CBO during the campaign has worked with organizations and institutions such as the Ministry of Health and the network of ENSP, experts in the medical field (teachers, doctors, etc.) who have organized the scientific aspect of the campaign.
